K-Promotions
Overview
This application has several parts to it:
- Manages time-sensitive promotions that include a thumbnail and landing page
- Provisions tools to manange points and point buckets, which also apply to commission payments
Promotions are a fantastic way to shape behavior by running time-sensitive offers. For example, selling the SmartPhone X25 this month earns double points, buying $250,000 of stock earns a 10% rebate, or completing a training module earns 2x points.
Promotions serve several key purposes:
- Tactical promotions drive short-term sales boosts by offering immediate, attractive rewards such as double points for specific product purchases or sales.
- They help maintain renewed motivation and engagement among partners by providing clear, time-bound goals, like hitting a sales target within a quarter.
- These promotions can align partner efforts with strategic business goals, encouraging the sale of high-margin products or achieving significant revenue milestones.
