The usual everyday task for administrators is to create, analyze and send numerous types of reports. Reporting module is called to help you with first two tasks.

All reports are based on one template – report by time fragment. So, for example you wanna to know how many users signed up for a past period. You should take a specified report which called “Group signups” where you will be able to select a time period and a count of signups which are within it. The same thing with other types of reports.

This page is designed to select necessary range and review report. Interface of this page contains:

• Graph, which could be different demand of report type. X axis is always a time range and Y axis is count of anything. When you bring cursor to key points on the graph there will be details pop-up displayed.
• Time range selector where you could provide a range for choosing data for report.
• Report entity, which allows you to select which website report you will review at the moment. It could be useful for those organizations which have some sub-orgs and want to following their activity.
• Export as CSV button, which downloads CSV file that contains data according to the filter selection.

The specific type of reports is a custom report type. Here you could manage columns which will be shown in the total graph or CSV file.

It also has different X and Y axis bindings. X axis contains quiz answer field and Y axis contains a count of it.

When you enter the custom report there will be a gearbox icon in the far right side of the screen. There will be two options: “Edit fields” and “Delete”.

Edit fields allows you to add a different field to grab it and push it to report. Basically it contains five key fields such as Name, Surname, FirstName, Email and groupName. You could add it by pressing “add column" button. You can also import a list of fields via CSV file. For do it, you should export existing fields to CSV (by pressing Fields as CSV button) and then, by using it like a template add necessary fields to it and upload file back.
