Sometimes administrators and other users need to have a mechanism to communicate to other users. It could be done via usual email message or it could be done from special public user page. It allows anyone, who can access it, leave a message to specific user. This message will appears on user notifications page

The interface of this page is quite simple and contains two information boxes:

• User's group memberships
• Simple message editor (it could be a simple text or HTML formatted message)
