Using this app you can deal with visual surveys. Add a new survey, edit/delete existing or view result.

To initiate a survey you will see fields like: Name, Description, Available from-to (date), Websites (repositories of the account ).

Inside a survey,

there are features like Details, Questions, Group Access, Statistic, Send, Preview.

Under Questions tab set your own questions as much you want. For any questions a loggedin user can answer only once.
