Configuration for a single table action handler attached to a field mapping, identifying the handler by id and carrying the free-form parameter values a user entered for it. Instances are created from posted form parameters (see TableUploadUtils) for the before/after actions and the row and upload sanity check actions that run during a table import, and are persisted as part of a saved FieldMapping, serialised via XStream as an "action" element.
