IDP action that adds the client's IP address to a named known-IP list, for other rules to later test membership of. Runs the same way during filter-chain evaluation, after authorisation, or for SMTP processing: it always adds the current request's (or message's) IP and lets processing continue. An optional second list name, excludeClass, can be configured - when the IP is already a member of that list it is skipped, so an address already on an allowlist is not also added to a blocklist. Does nothing if the target list name or the resolved IP is blank.
