Journey action that adds the lead's profile to one or more groups. Adds the profile to a fixed group named by groupName and/or to groups produced by evaluating fieldName as a journey field expression, which may return a single group (by object, ID or name) or a collection of them. Group membership is created within the lead's assigned organisation, falling back to the admin domain. Always proceeds to the configured next node.
