Journey action that adds an organisation type to an organisation associated with the lead's profile. Resolves the organisation type named by orgTypeToAdd, then applies it to either the organisation of the profile's primary membership, or, when orgTypeToLocate is set, to every organisation among the profile's memberships that already carries that org type. Always proceeds to the configured next node.
