The event handlers an account has added to an agent definition, as one file. Written as an events element wrapping event elements, in the queries repository under agents/events, one file per agent definition and named for it - the same shape, and for the same reason, as AgentSkillSet. Subscribing an agent to one more event should not cost an account a copy of the whole definition, because a copy stops that account ever receiving another improvement to the agent's instructions, tools, specialists or model tier. A handler whose name matches one the app supplies replaces it, which is how an account changes what a supplied handler does or how it buffers. A replacement marked disabled takes it away entirely.
