Boolean IDP condition that is true only when every one of its child expressions evaluates to true. Combines any number of child IDPHttpExpression conditions with AND semantics, so several checks can be composed into one IDP rule condition. An expression with no children evaluates to false. requiresAuth is true if any child requires authentication, which determines whether the rule this expression guards is checked before or after authorisation.
