Records that a group of config item changes (an AppTypeDeltas) has been actioned during deployment review, who actioned it, when, and how, using one of ConfigDiff's ACTION_TYPE_ constants such as auto-applied, manually applied, or ignored. The XML element name is "AppTypeAction".
