Marks a moment in an organisation's audit history that its configuration can be rolled back to. The row itself holds nothing beyond who created the restore point and when; the audit items recorded after that time are what a restore replays or undoes. Restore points are listed newest first for an organisation, and are normally created by an administrator before a risky change.
