Funnel automation action that awards a recognition badge to the lead associated with the triggering event. Looks up the configured RecognitionTopic and RecognitionBadge by name, then awards the badge to the event's lead entity via RecognitionManager. Does nothing but log a warning if the lead, topic or badge cannot be resolved, or if the badge has already been awarded. Registered under the action type id "badgeAward" via BadgeAwardFunnelActionType.
