Generates barcode images, currently limited to QR codes, for embedding in emails, pages and authenticator enrolment flows. Registered as the "barcodeManager" service and reachable from GraalJS scripts under that name. Exposes a single entry point, qrCode(), which returns a QrCodeBuilder for configuring and rendering the image.
