A category available on a blog, such as news or promotion, which an article can be filed under. Each blog owns its own list of categories, and an article belongs to at most one of them, which is what makes a category different from a tag. Categories are soft deleted, so one marked deleted still exists and may still be referenced by older articles; exclude it when listing the categories available on a blog.
