A file attached to a blog article, such as a document offered for download, created when the article is approved from the meta fields in its content file. The bytes are not held on the row, only the hash of the stored file, so serving one means reading that hash from the blob store. The tag is a free text label the theme can use to tell one attachment from another, for example to pick out a hero download among several files. An article can have many files.
