A topic tag available on a blog, such as health or humour, which articles can be tagged with. Each blog owns its own list of tags, and an article may carry many of them through BlogArticleTag. Readers can also follow a tag, which is held as a BlogTagProfile preference. Tags are soft deleted, so a tag marked deleted still exists and is still linked to articles, and code that lists tags must exclude it.
