Grants authoring access to blogs and blog articles, without approval or publishing rights. Applies to any resource implementing BlogResource whose organisation is within the role's bound organisation, or whose blog site matches the bound repository, and also delegates to ContentAuthorRole for the shared AssetsFolder. Grants READ and WRITE_CONTENT so a profile can create and edit blog content, which a ContentAuthor must still approve before it is published.
