Built-in PointsRuleType that awards bonus points calculated from another points allocation source's own result for the same sales record, rather than from the record's raw values. Configured with the base rule to derive points from, an optional multiplier and/or fixed amount to add on top, and an optional list of product category codes that a record's SKU must belong to for a bonus to apply. Registered as a static built-in rule type alongside SimplePointsRuleType, so it is available for any points allocation source without needing an account-specific configuration.
