Import-pipeline table provider for product categories, inserting, updating, deleting or upserting Category rows as an import pipeline runs. Registered under the provider id "category" and looked up by a DatabaseUpdateStep or DatabaseSourceStep configured with that id. Each row is matched to an existing Category by its name, falling back to a match on title when no category has that name, and is always scoped to the pipeline's website organisation.
