Holds the source and destination value of one changed config property, plus static helpers used to apply it to a domain object. Instances are produced by ConfigDelta.getChangedProps for each property whose value differs between the source and destination ConfigItem in a config diff. The static updatePropertyX methods are the standard way an app's applyConfig implementation looks a named property up in a changes map and, only if it was actually changed, converts its destination value to the target type and passes it to a setter.
