Serialisable settings bean holding the set of custom checkout rules configured for a store. Written as the checkout-rules element of checkout-rules.settings.xml via the website settings service, and loaded and saved through PricingRulesService. Each contained CustomCheckoutRule adjusts the checkout total when its line item conditions are met, for example applying a surcharge or discount.
