Boolean IDP condition that compares the values of two child expressions using a configured comparator (less than, less-or-equal, equal, greater-or-equal, greater than), typically used to compare a metric's value against a fixed threshold. Both sides are IDPHttpExpression instances, so either can be a metric lookup, a constant, or any other expression that yields a Comparable value. Returns null if the left-hand side evaluates to null, and false if either side is not configured.
