Represents the full set of differences between two account configuration snapshots, grouped by app and then by config item type. Produced by AccountManager.diffConfigSnapshots and reviewed, filtered and actioned in the config deployment admin UI before being applied to a tenant account via AccountManager.applyAccountConfigConfiguration. Also carries free-form attributes and any warnings raised while computing the diff. The XML element name is "ConfigDiff".
