Summarises one account configuration snapshot file previously saved for a tenant account, for listing in the config deployment admin UI without having to load the full snapshot content. Returned by AccountManager.listSnapshots, and records the snapshot's file name, size and creation date, plus who hid it from the list and when, if it has been hidden.
