Holds one extra named value against a contact, for details that do not have their own column on the contact record. Each row is a name and value pair belonging to a single contact, so a contact can carry as many of them as needed. Values are stored as text, so anything that is really a number or a date has to be parsed by the reader.

Properties
| Property | Returns | Description |
|---|---|---|
| contact | Contact | The contact this extra value belongs to. Never null; an extended property cannot exist on its own. |
| id | Long | Generated primary key of the extended property. Null until the record has been saved. |
| name | String | The name of the extra field this value was captured against. Never null. Uniqueness is not enforced, so a contact can hold more than one value under the same name. |
| propValue | String | The value of the extra field, always held as text whatever its real type. Never null, though it may be an empty string. |
