Scores lead engagement based on submission of a contact us form, one of the pluggable factor types a funnel's engagement scoring can use. An app registers this type via its engagementScoringFactorTypes list, and the lead scoring engine looks it up by id when evaluating an EngagementScoringFactor configured against a funnel. The factor can be scoped to a specific form by configuring the "formPath" property, otherwise any contact form submission counts.
