Grants read-only access to content resources, including anything tagged as content, resources whose controller grants this role a privilege, and resources managed by IDP content access rules. Applies within an organisation or a matching repository, and is deferred to by IDP policy: if the resource's root folder has an IDP policy with a matching content access rule, that rule's allow/deny decision is used instead of the default content-resource check. Every content-managed resource grants at least read access to a profile holding this role.
