Terminal IDP action that accepts the current request and stops evaluating any further IDP rules, effectively whitelisting it for this pass. During filter-chain evaluation it parses the request parameters and passes the request straight through the filter chain - wrapped in a tracked operation when a tenant is known - rather than deferring to whatever action a later rule might apply, and returns false so no further rule runs against this request. When used as the post-authorisation action it simply passes through whatever authorisation result was already reached. For SMTP processing it also returns false, stopping evaluation of any later SMTP rule, with no other side effect.
