Funnel action that creates a note on the lead from a rendered MVEL template. Registered under the JSON type "createNote". Evaluates noteValueMvel as an MVEL template against the lead, the current request and the root folder, and records the resulting text as a note on the lead, tagged with actionType and flagged as inbound or outbound via inbound. Nothing is created if noteValueMvel is blank.
