Scores lead engagement based on the profile creating a new credential (eg completing a course or earning a badge), one of the pluggable factor types a funnel's engagement scoring can use. An app registers this type via its engagementScoringFactorTypes list, and the lead scoring engine looks it up by id when evaluating an EngagementScoringFactor configured against a funnel.
