Fired when a profile's credential is created or changed, covering both passwords (raised from PasswordManager) and signatures (raised from UserManager). Carries the raw password for a password change, for the short window before the event completes, so a listener can compare it against an external system using getPasswordHash without Kademi persisting the plain text itself.
