A configurable, suggested activity type for logging contact with a lead, such as a call or an email. A funnel defines a list of these as the customer activities a user can log against a lead, for example logging that a call or an email was made to or received from the customer. The id is used to look the activity up when rendering a lead note, and the text is the label shown to the user. Configured as an action element within the funnel's list of customer activities.
