TemporalParser for a date-only numeric pattern, such as DD/MM/YYYY or MM-DD-YY, restricted to a matching or excluded country as configured on the enclosing AbstractTemporalParser. Parses input as a LocalDate and combines it with the start of day in the given zone, and is the locale default for date-only output when its pattern uses a slash separator and the locale's country matches.
