Represents one repository app that another app depends on, identified by app id and an optional branch or version, with a flag for whether the dependency only applies in the admin domain. Instances are produced by DependencyService and RepositoryApp.getDependencies from an app's deps.xml, and by DependencyMappingBuilder when building a dependency list programmatically. Written as a dependency element in deps.xml, carrying the app id, an optional branch or version, and an adminOnly flag.
