Boolean IDP condition that matches when the current request's path starts with one of the dynamic path prefixes registered for a given path type by the account's active repository apps. Path prefixes for a type are collected from every active repository app's getDynamicIdpPaths lookup and cached for 30 seconds, since resolving them can require iterating all active apps. Configured with no path type, the condition always matches.
