Standard table-upload action that emails a summary notification once an import job finishes. Registered as one of the built-in action handlers offered to every table uploader (see TableUploadManager), so no custom code is needed to use it - an admin adds it to a table uploader's action list and configures the recipient addresses, an optional from address, the subject, and whether to attach the output file. Notifications are capped at five recipients, and each recipient address must match an existing profile in the account or it is skipped with a warning.
