Scores lead engagement based on email response, ie whether a lead has opened an email (the open-tracking pixel was hit) or converted from it (clicked through). Registered with the funnel engagement scoring engine under the id "emailResponse". A scoring factor of this type is configured with an optional subject prefix and an optional status filter (opened or converted), and contributes an engagement date for each of the lead's tracked emails that matches both.
