Wraps the creation of an outgoing email item as a FunnelEvent so a marketing funnel can react to an email being sent. Fired by BatchEmailService once an email item's content has been generated and saved, then passed to onFunnelEvent so an EmailSendGoal, the only goal type this event can trigger, can match against it and advance a lead through the funnel.
