Describes one extra statistic a TableUploader reports alongside a table import, such as a running total, average or earliest/latest date, beyond the standard row counts. A TableUploader implementation declares its ExtendedStatField instances up front (via getExtendedStatFields) and then accumulates the matching values on the ImportContextV2 as rows are processed, using the field's name as the key into the import's extended stats.
