Marks a report as able to produce faceted breakdowns of its data, such as by reward, tag or other dimension, for a given organisation, website and date range. JsonReportPage checks whether the underlying report implements this interface and, if so, calls getFacets to build the facet list shown alongside the report. Implementations such as PointsReport and PointsDebitReport build one Facet per dimension and populate it with buckets summarising counts within the requested range.

Builds the list of facets for this report over the given scope and date range. Implementations typically query aggregated data and populate each facet with the buckets found.
