Import-pipeline table provider that inserts PointsDebit rows, debiting points from a profile or organisation as an import pipeline runs. Only insert is implemented; update, delete, updateOrInsert and convertToRow all throw UnsupportedOperationException. Registered under the provider id "pointsDebitFast" and looked up by a DatabaseUpdateStep or DatabaseSourceStep configured with that id. It is the bulk-import counterpart of the "pointsDebit" provider: inserts are written through a StatelessSession shared across the pipeline run rather than the regular Hibernate session, and once the pipeline finishes each affected reward's points balance is recalculated exactly once per entity.

Not implemented; this provider's supported insert columns (pointsBucketName, awardTo, amount, reason, reasonCode and issuedDate) are read directly from the row rather than being described here.
