Import-pipeline table provider that inserts Points rows, awarding points to a profile or organisation as an import pipeline runs. Only insert is implemented; update, delete and updateOrInsert all throw UnsupportedOperationException. Registered under the provider id "pointsFast" and looked up by a DatabaseUpdateStep or DatabaseSourceStep configured with that id. It is the bulk-import counterpart of the "points" provider: inserts are written through a StatelessSession shared across the pipeline run rather than the regular Hibernate session, and once the pipeline finishes each affected reward's points balance is recalculated exactly once per entity.
