Registers the "fileUploadTrigger" funnel trigger type, letting a funnel automation be configured to fire when a file is uploaded to a website. Supplies the id, display title and description shown when choosing a trigger in the funnel automation editor, and builds a FileUploadFunnelTrigger instance from the submitted form when a developer configures one.
