Waits for a profile's membership status in a named group to change, and branches the journey to a different next node depending on whether the change was an acceptance, a rejection, or a pending request. Matches SubscriptionFunnelEvent events raised for the group named by groupName. Also supports manual entry: an admin can start a lead's journey directly at this node for every profile currently in the group.
