Pairs a group's membership of a website with its resources directory, one row in the group resources listing. Wraps a GroupInWebsite association together with the DirectoryResource for the group's folder under "resources/[group-name]" in the website's live branch. The directory is null until an administrator creates it from the manage group resources page.
