Dispatches HTTP push notifications through a named HttpPushService implementation, defaulting to the service configured when this manager was created. Registered as the "httpPushManager" service so app code can build a notification with notificationBuilder and send it without knowing which push provider handles delivery.

notificationBuilder()
Returns: NotificationBuilder
Creates a new, empty NotificationBuilder for assembling the keys, subscription and payload of a push notification before sending it with sendNotification.
sendNotification(NotificationBuilder builder)
Returns: HttpNotificationResponse
Sends the given notification using the default push service configured for this manager.
