Represents an invoice raised for a customer, extending the generic payment list with an invoice status and a due date. Built up by an invoicing provider (for example ManualPaymentApp) and handed to InvoicingService.createInvoice to be persisted as an Invoice entity. The line items, addresses and totals are inherited from PaymentListBean.
