Matches on a Kademi platform subscription changing state - started, entering its payment-due window, a failed or successful payment, or expiry - and transitions to a configured next node when the change matches action. This is the journey-node counterpart to KademiSubscriptionEvent: it lets a funnel branch on changes to a Kademi subscription's own billing state, not a member's group subscription, typically to drive a billing reminder or dunning sequence aimed at the subscription's billing contact.
