Tests whether the client's IP address is a member of a named known-IP list, for use as a condition in IDP rules such as allow-listing or block-listing traffic. Works for both HTTP requests and outgoing SMTP messages. The named list is one of the account's configured known-IP classes, managed on the Known IPs tab. Evaluation delegates to IDPManager.isKnownIp and never requires authentication.
